Who We Are
Trillium Rail Partners (TRP) is a consortium comprised of Acciona Infrastructure Canada, Alberici Constructors, and Amico Major Projects. Working with Metrolinx, TRP is delivering the Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension—a 9.2 km expansion of Toronto’s light rail network.
In August 2025, the consortium signed a progressive design-build Development and Master Construction Agreement (DMCA), enabling early construction while jointly developing designs, managing risks, and establishing pricing for key project elements ahead of full-scale construction.
TRP is delivering seven new stations—including underground, elevated and at-grade—with a connection to Line 5 Eglinton at Mount Dennis Station. The project also includes 9.2 km of track, along with signaling, train control, communications, electrification, and guideway fit-out, including ventilation.
Once complete, the extension will run from Mount Dennis Station to Renforth Drive, improving transit connections and supporting sustainable travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area. For more details, visit the About the Project page.
